Coming along great! Almost finished!

One day at a time!

Since the work is being done mostly by Edward and my brother Joel and both of them have opposite work schedules, there is roughly 2-4 hours of work a day being put into the deck. It is coming along slowly but beautifully. Here is today's picture!

Scott and Melinda gifted their table to us so we gave away our china cabinet and painted the adjacent wall green to match the rest of the kitchen! I am also going to put a vinal quote on the wall above the table

I also painted the oak fireplace and the black frame both white to contrast the newly painted green wall... so fresh!

One of our many projects this last week! Painting the front stair rails! Looks so good painted white... and I had lots of help!!

Remy turns 5!

Our little boy is growing up too fast! We had a great time celebrating his 5th birthday with family and friends this weekend. Unfortunately after a lot of yard work, the weather did not hold up and we were forced to stay inside... where are you summer? We are ready for you! Rem is definitely ready to break out the slip and slide!!

End of Rem's first T-Ball season

What a fun way to end the season!

Remy earned his yellow belt!

What a special day! After his first few months of Tae Kwon Do, Remy graduated from the 'Little Tigers" class into the Youth Beginner class. Now after only a few months in this class he has tested and earned (with the score of "outstanding")... his Yellow Belt! He also received a certificate, a medal for behavior and a pin for the bag he will get when he is a purple belt!

The Rangers T-Ball team!

Remy's first year of T-ball has been a blast. Coach Eric and the Rangers are a fantastic team to introduce Remy to the sport! We have all enjoyed this season! Here are some pictures from this season!

Remy's Tae Kwon Do Picnic

Remy's Tae Kwon Do School (Master Shon's Tae Kwon Do) had it's biannual gathering last Saturday. Here are some pictures of our little boy, he is one of the youngest of the 150+kids there and he was quite the trooper!!
